Shutterstock's Variety VIP Lounge

As part of their partnership with Variety’s Actors on Actors series, Shutterstock needed a serious soundstage transformation worthy of A-level talent. Crush designed and styled a luxurious lounge, where the stars and their entourages could relax before getting ready for the camera.

The transformation included constructing a pergola, bringing in a truckload of greenery, multiple hero signage moments and a gallery wall of Shutterstock’s red-carpet moments with the featured actors photos. To liven up the set, celebrity guests were given Sharpies and encouraged to doodle and take artistic liberties with their photos. To close the day, guests received a gift box with a customized Le Labo candle and branded matches which garnered multiple talent social media postings.
