  • Most roles have flexible workday hours between 8 am-6 pm at our studio in the RiNo Arts District, close to downtown Denver
  • Most roles are hybrid positions with the flexibility for working from home alternating Mondays and most Fridays
  • 10 paid holidays, plus soft close during the holiday break
  • 10 work remote days (in addition to Mondays & Fridays) as well as remote work during holiday break.
  • PTO policy starting at 15 days per year, with a day added for each year of service

Crush Studio is looking for a strong Operator and Integrator with a background in events, design, and/or production to help build systems, coordinate teams and execute strategy for our fast-paced event production world. 

About Us: Crush Studio is a design and production agency dedicated to the art of experiential events. We love telling stories through experiential design and strive to produce interiors, environments and events that are both beautiful and engaging. Our collaborative and passionate team values creativity, playfulness and craft at every scale of our work.

About the Role: The Director of Operations is responsible for making sure the agency is working at optimum efficiency with dialed processes and a motivated team. This position drives operational excellence across the studio by aligning people, systems, processes and resources. The Operator/Integrator is passionate about organization clarity and exceptional communication. In partnership with the agency’s Visionary, the Operator/Integrator works to execute the agency's business plan and financial success. The Operator/Integrator removes obstacles getting in the way of process, and keeps the Leadership Team focused on reaching goals and delivering quality work. A master of priorities and follow-through, the Operator/Integrator is also a champion of the agency’s culture, upholding core values and pushing for employee excellence.
