Crush Studio is seeking a talented, creative and organized Denver-based Project Manager to join our growing team. We are an event design and production studio based in Denver, specializing in producing unique set designs, event experiences and custom corporate gifting. Our office is local but our work is national. We bring brands and events to life by designing, producing, and installing incredible event decor, signage, custom furniture and set pieces.

 We love what we do and have a lot of fun while we do it and are therefore looking for someone that fits in with our team culture! The hours can sometimes be crazy, and the workload even crazier, so we want someone that is ready to roll up their sleeves, be part of the team and kick ass with us.

Crush is currently operating on a hybrid model, with a mix of remote and in-office working depending on project needs. We typically like employees to be in the Denver studio at least three days a week, with more flexibility after work travel or for personal needs.


  • Working clients directly and managing vendors and production and execution of projects. 
  • Manage flow of communication with clients to establish goals/intent of project, and hit budget, design and timeline parameters
  • Develop concepts and programming including working with various team members in all departments, including design, production and operations to bring the event to life
  • Manage creation of all assignments/ tasks on a job via Asana 
  • Create and manage the timeline and budget - taking into account vendor deadlines, shipping deadlines, client reviews, etc 
  • Work directly with clients to help develop event program, ensure that design intent matches desired outcomes, and liaise with clients on-site 
  • Travel to execute nationwide gigs as needed 
  • Work with the design team to source rental furniture, A/V, local fabrication elements (signage, set walls, custom decor, etc.) and other misc. vendors within established design program 
  • Manage the Production Coordinator on assigned tasks 
  • Create backup plans on backup plans to ensure smooth installs 
  • Perform site-checks and provide design team with detailed photos, measurements, and best recommendations on event flow and integration of design elements, including communicating with the venue on any other logistical questions that may arise 
  • Manage multiple staff and vendors for load-ins like a boss – as well as contributing in a hands-on way during the event.

Role & Responsibilities


  • Three years minimum event or production experience. Interest in event design and interior design
  • Solid design aesthetic and ability to source furniture and décor based on the design team’s overall art direction
  • Ability to source items from chairs to trashcans based on the event look and feel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Organization skills and the ability to turn the messy chaos into streamlined efficiency
  • Ability to follow direction and operate in accordance with brand templates and company procedures.
  • General and consistent problem solving skills if/when backup plans fail
  • Possess the polish of an agency and ability to communicate in a professional manner with clients and vendors
